We are a family owned farm which began with a simple love of horse riding. Now we are celebrating our 20th year in business and we love sharing our love for horses with our community. We hope you will come out to our farm and experience all we have to offer here. We look forward to meeting you!
Trail Rides
We give families an experience to remember!
Experienced trail guides will take you & your family for a horseback ride that is perfectly customized to your family's skill level and delivers a fun experience for everyone! Whether you're a seasoned horseback rider or it's your very first time, we have a horse for you!
1/2 Hour Ride:This trail follows along the stream and crosses the stream in several places, with lots of beautiful scenery and wildlife that is often seen along the trail. $30/person
1 Hour Ride:There are two options for the one hour ride. A flat trail that follows the stream or a loop trail that takes you up and down a more rugged terrain. Deer and other wildlife are often seen on this trail. $40/person
2 Hour Ride:There are two options for the two hour ride. One follows the Light Horse Harry Lee Trail. The other takes you to the Cranny Crow overlook, at an elevation of over 3,000 feet this is a view that you must see for yourself. $80/person
Pony Rides:A hand held ride for children on designated pony. $5/per ride
Lessons
Lessons start at $65 per hour or 10 lessons for $550. Call to schedule — we’ll see you in the ring!
English & Western Riding
No matter your style, we teach both English and Western riding. From learning to post to perfecting your seat, we tailor each lesson to your preferred discipline.
Beginner to Advanced Riders
New to riding? No problem. Looking to push yourself further? We’ve got you. We work with riders of all levels, adjusting lessons to suit your experience.
Personalized Training Plans
Every horse and rider is unique, so we build a plan that fits your goals — whether you want to trail ride, show, or simply ride for fun we customize training to your needs.
Boarding
Choosing the right home for your horse
Choosing the right home for your horse is an important decision and at Lucky Star Farm we pride ourselves on offering the highest level of care, security, and comfort for your equine family members. From $600 per month, our all-inclusive boarding service ensures that your horse receives everything they need to thrive, with no surprise fees.
Access to Facilities
Boarders have full access to our 100’ x 200’ lighted sand rings. Trailer and equipment storage as needed, and enjoy the freedom to train and ride at your pace.

Come check out our family-friendly farm tours—perfect for kids and grown-ups. Meet friendly goats, fluffy sheep, clucking hens, curious pigs, and gentle cows. Guided walks let you feed animals, pet them in safe areas, and hear fun stories about farm life. We also do seasonal activities and plenty of photo stops. Accessible paths, restrooms, and picnic spots keep things comfy for everyone.
